Cardboard figure covered in printed paper representing charlie chaplin in black suit, bowler hat witth red flower in left button hole. MAde up of six pieces, head and arms, torso, two upper legs, two lower legs and joined using black metallic eyelets at knees and thighs while there is a nut and bolt adjoining the head and torso. The figure is contained in a shallow cardboard box. There are instructions with an illustration on the back showing how the illusion works. Cotton is placed between the figures arms and body, one and is attached to a table leg, the other goes round the chair leg and is operated by hand to make the figure dance.
