Pedal horse and cart. Hollow, pressed metal horse in a 'trotting' position., painted black and highlighted with silver. Mane, tail and hooves are silver and the bridle and harness are red, gold and turquoise. Two red plastic reins are attached to the mouth by metal clips, they are attached at the other end to a white metal triangular handle. This is the steering handle which moves a small rubber wheel in the back hooves which is attached by a metal rod. Two white metal shafts are attached to the horse at the front and a bar for the buggy wheels at the back. Below the shafts are attached the solid rubber pedal blocks, which in turn are attached to the drive shafts which turn the wheels. Behind the horse, resting on the main shafts, is the buggy seat of slatted wood, supported by a red metal frame with armrests. The two back wheels are spoked with white rubber tyres and red metal mud guards.
