1950 (made)
Place of origin

This orange and brown teddy bear was made in England in the 1950s. It is machine knitted, although, the muzzle is made from a grey velveteen material. Two glass beads represent eyes, these could have been added at a later date. There is evidence of a black nose once being embroidered on the muzzle, however, the teddy has become worn over time and some of its original features, such as the nose and eyes, have been lost.
