Toy vehicle based on a Massey-Harris Model 44 agricultural tractor, die-cast metal, painted red on the body and black on the steering wheel and exhaust pipes, yellow and silver on the wheels. The driver is painted to appear to be wearing yellow overalls and a cap. Printed on both sides in yellow is MASSEY HARRIS. There is a black-painted towing hook at the back.

Object history
Given to the museum in 1980 by David F. Peters-Ellis as part of a collection of toys (see MISC.310 to 338-198; RF 80/1864). Most of the toys in Mr Peters-Ellis' collection were acquired or given second-hand to the donor while in Australia in the late-1940s and early-1950s. The Dinky models were exported to Australia and brought back to England by the donor.
