The cycle is made of metal with the winding pulley built into the frame behind the front wheel. It is red with cream, black and some unpainted detail. The figure of a boy rider is blue plastic with black hair, eyes and boots. He wears a yellow scarf around the neck and the sleeves are of a cream cotton fabric. He is jointed by means of metal scews and attached permanently to the cycle in a racing position. The cycle is in very good condition. The original box, red covered card, in poor condition, with pictorial label on lid. Two leaflets of instructions describe the winding technique.
