There is a hook on the man's upper chest to draw the string back and retain it before releasing an arrow. The arrow would rest on a second hook on the man's upper chest and his cupped left hand.
Target consists of two green circles on a stand with a circle of coloured paper printed yellow, red and black. The paper has a hole in its centre. The outer circle has a gold panel at the top and 4 hooks at the back. The inner circle is mounted on a triangle piece with a rectangular piece forming the third foot. It also has a gold panel at the top and two knobs at the back top edge. The two circles fit together and are held by the hooks slotting over the knobs and front supports at the bottom.
