Hardback book of 44 pages, printed in colours. It describes and illustrates in simple language large and small things, animate and inanimate, starting with a boy growing taller. The endpapers are printed in red and white with protozoa and algae. The front cover is printed with the title, the names of the authors and illustrator, and diagrams of skyscrapers, a boy and a dog, and an atom. The back cover shows the Earth. The book is quite worn - the spine is gone, the edges tatty and the front cover has been scribbled on.
