Object history | Given by Mrs Peggy Machin (86/1865). The doll was orignally bought in 1935 at a toyshop on Essex Road, Islington for 2/6. On entry the condition was noted as 'elastic has broken and body is in parts; broken piece at base of head; eyes and their supports loose; slight wear on the joints. This doll may be kept in pieces to show construction' |
