Object history
Comic Potential by Alan Ayckbourn, directed by Alan Ayckbourn, opened at the Lyric Theatre on 12 October 1999. The cast featured Janie Dee as Jacie Triplethree, Matthew Cottle as Adam Trainsmith and David Soul as Chandler Tate, with John Branwell, Bill Champion, Becky Hindley, Suzannah Hirst, James Hornsby, Jacqueline King, Helen Pearson and Eleanor Tremain.

Jacie Triplethree was a robot 'actoid' who performed in television soap operas and with whom Adam Trainsmith falls in love, hence the nurse's heart on a spring image in this poster.
