Costume for a Village Youth in Petipa's ballet The Sleeping Princess designed by Leon Bakst, Diaghilev Ballet, 1921, consisting of :
Orange felt jacket with epaulettes and slashed oversleeves trimmed with steel buttons, the collar, cuffs and facings of white silk with green painted stripes. The attached white felt waistcoat is trimmed with green piping and steel buttons.
Knee-breeches of orange felt with steel button trim at the sides.
Belt of apricot velvet edged with gold braid.
Black felt hat trimmed with green coq feathers.
