The broad white collar is painted with orange lines; the sleeves are covered with a white band and the white hem band is painted with rose red chevrons. Knee breeches of royal blue cotton bound at the legs with off white cotton painted with horizontal rose red chevrons. Stiffened belt of off white cotton painted with horizontal rose red chevrons.
