Physical description | Circular tin of face powder, green with yellow decoration and black lettering, the lid with a red and black paper label which obscures the decoration, the label printed with the word 'New' in red lettering on black circle, and, in white on red, 'MAX FACTOR'S / Satin Smooth / MAKE-UP / Panchromatic / FACE POWDER' and in black, 'MADE IN U.S.A.' Around the side of the tin is an attached paper band, in red, repeating the words on the lid, with 'No.27' and a promotional description in black lettering. ed with the words 'Max Factor / HOLLYWOOD' and a comedy mask in gold, the base with a circular white label printed 'FACE POWDER /THEATRICAL GREEN', with a promotional description and the words 'STANDARD SIZE / MADE IN ENGLAND / MAX FACTOR & CO., HOLLYWOOD, & LONDON'. |
