Fabric features horizontal stripes in pink, yellow,white, green and purple and has large yellow satin panels to front of bodice and skirt. Cut-work cotton lace around collar and along the centre back line of the bodice. Two wide metal-thread cut-work lace strips border the hem. Further yellow satin is found at the gathered puff sleeves, which also feature cerise satin bands around padding at each shoulder.
