Though Idzikowski danced with the Ballets Russes between 1914 and 1929 he left the company for a brief period in 1924 to dance with Lopokova at the Coliseum and with Comte de Beaumont's ‘Soirées de Paris’, then rejoined Diaghilev (1925-9).
