Size of baseboard: 183.5 x 120 cm. The model has rubber feet 250 mm high. Perspex is 8 mm thick. When crated is about 60 x 150 x 150 cm
Object history
This model was commissioned for the exhibition 'Rococo: art and design in Hogarth's England' which was held at the V&A in May to Sept 1984, and was partly based on David Coke's reconstruction of the plan, and on contemporary prints. See section F, pp. 74-98 of the exhibition catalogue.
