Engraving depicting three designs for pier glasses, i.e. a mirror placed on a wall between two windows. On the left the mirror features a bird on perched on a sphere with festooned foliage hanging from it. Beneath the mirror there is foliated scrollwork decoration.
The mirror depicted in the middle features an urn on a pedestal at the top, with foliated scrollwork on either side. There is a piece of drapery festooned between the two end parts of the scrollwork, and a piece of drapery hanging on either side of the frame. Beneath the mirror there is festooned vines of foliage, with a festooned piece of drapery in front of it.
The third mirror features foliated scrollwork decoration at the top of the mirror, with foliage hanging from it on either side of the mirror. Beneath the mirror there is more foliated decoration, as well as on the mirror itself acting as a border.
