Object history | Costume for the Aristocrat worn by Moira Shearer in scene 1 of Leonide Massine's ballet 'Mam'zelle Angot' performed by the Sadler's Wells (now Royal) Ballet, Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, 26th November 1947. The music for the ballet was arranged by Gordon Jacob from the works of Charles Lecoq, and the scenery and costumes were designed by André Derain. |
