Harry Secombe was one of the most popular performers of the second half of the twentieth century, both as a member of the ground-breaking comedy trio the Goons and as a performer in musicals such as Pickwick, pantomime and variety. His blend of comedy and a strong tenor voice made him popular with a wide range of audiences. |
