This poster is an example of the fluid appropriation of graphics that took place between the various counterculture movements of the 1960s. Here, the Chicago chapter of the Student Mobilization Committee, a national student anti-war group, quotes a Wes Wilson psychedelic design originally used for a San Francisco concert poster (also in the V&A's collections).
