Design two chairs and a sofa
British, 1828
Pen and ink and watercolour

One of the most successful and organised members of the Wyatt
dynasty of architects, Wyatt changed his name to Wyattville when he
started to rebuild Windsor Castle for King George IV in 1824. At
huge expense the castle was turned into a royal palace and
furnished appropriately. This design is for seats in the Great
and Small Drawing Rooms of the castle. Furniture to this design was
made by Messrs Morel and Seddon.
