Shadow puppet of the character, Karaghioz. Puppet in six parts, in painted animal skin. The head and torso section depict a man with a full black beard and moustache, a rounded red, yellow and green hat with a green and red brim, and a red jacket patterned in green and yellow. His upper arm, painted red, is connected to a section of lower arm and hand which also shows the end of his sleeve. The lower part of his body from waist to knee is represented by another section showing the end of his coat cut away to reveal yellow breeches. Separate leg sections show yellow breeches, white stockings and red boots with green laces
