Marionette of a distinguished middle-aged Eastern European man, possibly an official. He is bald and has a papier maché painted face and carved wooden hands, legs and shoes and a carved jointed wooden torso. His full beard and handlebar moustache are painted grey, as are his eye sockets below the brows. He has a long burgundy woollen tunic trimmed with yellow Russia braid, worn over burgundy artificial silk knee breeches. His long orange jacket is trimmed with imitation fur and his legs and shoes are painted black to give the effect of boots. Without strings or controls
