Card cover sleeve for the 12" long-playing mini-album 'Scar' recorded by the group Lush.
The outer sleeve has an abstract design of undulating vertical lines in pinks, purples and blues. In the top-right corner of the front of the cover there is a photographic image of a woman wearing a yellow dress, above an elongated horizontal image of a human finger. In the same position on the back of the cover there is a passage of white text overlaid onto an abstract background, also above a human finger.
The inside of the cover is red. On one side there is an illustration of a young girl in a frilled dress, with 'elder sister' and two East Asian characters lettered below, all in white. On the other side there is an illustration of a human mouth with a tongue sticking out, with 'tongue' and an East Asian character lettered below, also all in white.
