Printed cotton handkerchief, unhemmed. Against a white backgroud is a large central oval containing a depiction of a standing King George V, robed and crowned, holding a sceptre. The oval is topped with a crown and laurel leaves and surrounded by Union Jack flags and the royal standard(?). In the corners, clockwise from top left, are depictions of men in working clothes of Australia, Canada, South Africa and India. Under the central oval are printed the words 'KING GEORGE V' and under that is a lion. The design is printed in red, green, yellow, brown and blue. No selvedge.
