Printed cotton and hemmed along its lower edge, this is the lower part of a printed panel, possibly intended to become a tablecloth.
The ground is white with a design in 3 shades of blue consisting of a border about 16 cm. in width and a central design. The border is floral - chrysanthemums, peonies and lilies interspersed with leaves, dashes and dots. In the middle of the central panel is a pattern of the outlines of small diamonds and this is surrounded by a border made up of plants, consisting of trunks, roots, stems and flowers. Two selvedges.
