Printed cotton, possibly a furnishing fabric. A cream background, criss-crossed diagonally with a lattice in 2 shades of brown with squares at the junctions of the lattice and cream dots along the lengths of lattice between the junctions. In the cream squares formed by the lattice-work is the head of a long-horned, long-eared creature, possibly an ibex or gazelle. This is in the same 2 dull shades of brown as the lattice-work design. No selvedges.
