On a cream white ground is a meander in brown broken by red and white rosettes and a band of coins (including Victoria Empress, half and one rupees of 1887 and 1909 and Edward VII King Emperor).These form 4 large squares, each infilled with a Government of India five rupee bank note dated 28 December 1907, City of Delhi and numbered EB46-24187. Two selvedges.
