The base is a squat circular column sitting on a white plastic disc. The front of the base has a rising, semi-circular lip; the back has a corresponding scooped section with the surface folded inwards. The reflector hood is composed of two sections. The lower, which is an extension of the base, is an adjustable hemi-circular visor with an extended semi-circular sleeve. The top section is secured by two chrome bolts at either side. The bulb is bell shaped with a bayonet fitting and rated at 15 watts/ 240 volts.
