The poster depicts two men, one dressed in a Nazi uniform, one dressed in traditional German clothing, digging and installing a road sign which has the words 'Volksgesundheit , Volksgemeinschaft, Mutterschutz, Bettelbekämpfung, Wandererfürsorge' on it. On the sign of the pole is a Swastika. The poster is signed 'Ludwig Hohlwien München.'
