Enid Marx designed pattern papers for the Little Gallery, various publishers and for the Judd Street Gallery. They reflect both her abilities as a textile designer as well as her skill as a wood engraver. Her first paper for Curwen in 1925 was in fact one of her early experiments with wood engraving and shows her trying out different tools.
