The design shows a photograph of a white horse in a white room being pampered and groomed by a man and two women in blue overalls. The man is polishing the front right hoof, whilst the women brush the mane and tail. 'NEAT SCOTCH.' is lettered in black, in the centre of the bottom edge of the design.
