The tabard has a wide lowish neck, and is cut straight down one side, and assymetrically at an angle down the left. The tabard is painted with diagonal stripes of gold paint. Lined with white ?cotton.

Costume for the Nurse worn by Maggie Jones in William Shakespeare's play 'Romeo and Juliet', performed by the Meadow Players at the Oxford Playhouse, 18th January 1972. The production was directed by Edgar Wreford, designed by Gordon Aldred, and lit by Nick Chelton.
