Object history | Pair of gloves for Richard III worn by Laurence Olivier in William Shakespeare's play 'King Richard III' performed by the Old Vic Theatre Company at the New Theatre, London, 13th September 1944. The production was produced by John Burrell, the scenery was designed by Morris Kestelman, and the costumes were designed by Doris Zinkeisen. The music for the production was composed by Herbert Menges, the fights were directed by Peter Copley, and the lighting was by John Sullivan. |
