The Duivenvoorde was first mentioned in 1655, with 40–48 guns; it was burnt in action in 1666. On the tafferel, the quartered arms of Willem van Duivenvoorde, councillor in the Admiralty of Amsterdam, with three crescents in the first and fourth quarters and an escutcheon of the same. The supporters are a winged dragon dexter and a lion sinister. On the counter are two shields, starboard side with crossed anchors, and on the port side with the arms of the United Netherlands.
