Knee length military coat with long sleeves and upstanding collar of black facecloth; gauntlet cuffs of white cloth with black Russia braid froggings and brass buttons. On the right front skirt are appliqued four horizontal crescents, set between two large reversed arrows of white cloth. On each shoulder are epaulettes of black Russia braid set with a brass button. The collar and back are edged with two spaces rows of black Russia braid. At the waist back are two brass buttons. The coat is lined with black sateen, the sleeves with grey cotton. The coat fastens down the front with hooks and eyes.

The lyrics for the songs were by Christopher Hassall, and the show was produced by Leontine Sagan. The Choreography was by Ralph Reader, and the scenery and costumes were designed by Oliver Messel. |
