Production | Acquired as Pont-aux-Choux , 2nd half of the 18th century; examined by Jean-Luc Mousset, January 2000, who considered it probably an early Septfontaines (Luxembourg) production in Pont-aux-Choux style (see Faïence fines de Septfontaines, 1989, cat. 1-3, for other examples in this general style, where these are dated to after 1789); examined by Christian Maire November 2004, who considered it Septfontaines. |
