Tressmann and Vogt were possibly exporters, and operated together between about 1883 and 1909. Earl C. Rich was the American retailer.

John Vogt had an agency in Limoges from which he imported porcelain into the USA. In 1891 his son Gustav and Emilien de Tressemanes set up their own factory to make the white porcelain which was then decorated in the USA
