Recto: 'Kiss me for I love you so without a kiss you shall not go.' Verso: 'Christmas. I'm but a little maiden and have not much to say only that I wish you well dear friends on Christmas day. I'm such a silly child there's nothingI can do, but I leave this pretty picture and my little self with you. There's the rose stuck in my hair, theres the rose upon by breast, and the roses roses of my mouth, on yours in kisses prest. E.K.'
