Production
Object has paper collection label of Arthur Hurst with attribution to Longton Hall. Acquired as 'English (probably Longton Hall). Reattributed to Derby, c. 1770. Reattributed to Tournai c. 1765-70. Examined by Claire Derriks of the Musee de Mariemont, June 2004, who considered the teapot not Tournai. See also References.
