The image shows two girls facing each other and skipping within one rope, out of doors on a hard surface (probably the school playground) with grass and buildings in the background. The girl holding the skipping rope has short straight hair cut in a fringe, and is wearing a knitted waistcoat over a dark dress or skirt and top, with white knee-length socks and slip-on shoes with low heels; the other girl has long straight hair cut in a fringe, and is wearing a roll-necked top, zip-fastening cardigan and gathered skirt, with white knee-length socks and T-bar shoes with low heels.
