Snuff box, porcelain modelled as a huntsman resting on a mound. The cover painted with chinoiseries in enamels and with silver mount.

Mounts: The silver mounts have Paris marks for 1738-9, the mark of the sous-fermier Hubert Louvet (1732-8) and the maker's mark 'N [?] R' with a crown, fleur-de-lys, two dots and a rose.
