Large oval dish with indented border, tin-glazed earthenware painted with lambrequin ornament, the centre painted with a grotesque in the manner of Jean Bérain with Bacchus with a goat and demi-figures

Acquired as Moustiers 1680-1720; relabelled as Moustiers, Olerys' factory c. 1715. (However, Laugier and Olerys' factory was not set up until 1739, closing in 1745).
