Fashions of times past stand preserved, attention turns toward the wearer, long departed, their earthly bodies decayed. In response, Creith considers opposites - preserve, decay, life, death. Into a place of preservation she displays decayed garments and rejoices in scripture, 'The gift of god is eternal life in Christ' (Romans 6:23).
