Physical description
Relief in coloured wax. Bust of a woman in profile to the right. Over her light brown hair she wears a peacock green cap tied under the chin. The cap flecked and bordered with gold, lined with white, and decorated with a string of pearls. Over her white blouse a tight bodice with square neck of red brocade decorated with 'fleur de lys' (?) and bordered with gold.

The background of black glass. In a circular moulded 'Antique' gold frame.
