Object history
This print is an illustration from George Perry's 'Arcana, or, The Museum of natural history : containing the most recent discovered objects embellished with coloured plates ... combining a general survey of nature', a monthly publication, issued from January 1810 through to September 1811, that included information and images of birds, mammals, fish, reptiles, insects, and other animals.

Historical significance: This was one of the first illustrations of koalas published in Europe.
