This is a silver medal made in Germany 1538. The obverse of the medal represents St. Philip and St. James, and the reverse represents St. Andrew and St. Bartholomew.
The style of this medal is similar to some small medals also of 1538 attributed to Matthes Gebel. However it is probably not by him, but by an unknown Nuremberg master.
