This is a lead medal made by Johann Philipp von der Pütt in Germany in about 1611. The medal has only an obverse which represents the bust of Jobst Friedrich Tetzel facing 3/4 right, bearded, bare-headed and wearing a ruff.
Johann Philipp von der Pütt (active 1589 – d. 1619), the father of Hans von der Pütt, came originally from Dordrecht, and became citizen of Nuremberg in 1589. He was a goldsmith and medallist; the models for his medals are of wax.
