The bust was formerly meant to be Agnes Frey, the wife of Albert Dürer.

This Medallion plaque represents the bust of a female head, slightly inclined to the left.
A hole has been drilled through the top of the medal. Copper 78%, zinc 7.4%, tin 4.9%. Lead and nickel also present.
The reverse is blank.
