Physical description

Teapot and cover of soft-paste porcelain painted with enamels and moulded.
[Teapot] Teapot with the body moulded in relief on either side, and above is a row of leaves springing from the base, and with panels separated by palm trees. Foliated spout and handle. In each of the panels is an exotic bird perched on a branch. Round the shoulder is a border of flowers and foliage in red. The leaves round the base are painted with green edges and crimson veins.
[Cover] Domed cover with sprays of flowers, and round the edge is a border of flowers and foliage in red.
