Clockwork toy figure of Popeye the cartoon and comic strip character. Made of metal and celluloid, painted pink with with a white cap he wears a black and red shirt with white buttons, blue trousers, black shoes, orange hair, anchor tattoos on arms. When wound his head moves up and down and side to sideon a long neck. Arms dangle down from a rod stuck through the body and no longer function. The clockwork mechanism is fastened to the outside with metal tabs in back and on crown of head.
